If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. If you’re looking to return or refund your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
* Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
* Returned items must have must not be opened, have no any security seals broken
* Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
* Returns items must be in the original packaging
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Login to our online portal using your email address, choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
Print the returns note that you will receive by email. Send all items back to us using recorded delivery
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and packing slip included with its original packing.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To initiate a return you must send us an email at KLAPP@abrubar.com stating your order reference and the reason for the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product(s), please notify us in writing or via email within 7 days to KLAPP@abrubar.com
So that the returned “Products” arrive back to us undamaged we recommend that you return them in the original packaging, with reasonable care. We reserve the right to withhold a refund where return packaging used is adequate.
